HEALTH & HYGIENE PROTOCOL

Preparation starts before the door. A few simple checks protect everyone in the room.

• All guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID.
• Stay home if you are unwell — fever, cough, or any contagious illness. Contact support to move your reservation.
• Only approved, registered guests are admitted. Unregistered plus-ones will be turned away at check-in.
• Bring a personal piece where possible. Outside cannabis products are not permitted.

Every venue is reset between events. Air quality is treated as part of the experience, not an afterthought.

• Full sanitation of high-touch surfaces, restrooms, seating, and shared areas between events.
• Commercial-grade ventilation and air filtration in all enclosed spaces.
• Smoking and vaping only in designated, ventilated areas — never in dining or lounge seating.
• Fresh linens, sanitized trays, and single-use service ware where appropriate.
• On-site staff trained in sanitation procedures and basic first aid.

Sharing is part of the culture. Sharing without care is not. These rules are non-negotiable.

• Use your own mouthpiece or wiping sleeve. Never pass a piece you have not wiped.
• Sanitizing wipes and hand stations are placed at every consumption table — use them.
• Grind and roll only on clean trays. Do not use surfaces that have not been sanitized.
• No double-dipping, and never pass food and a piece together.
• Keep personal pieces separate from communal ones. Ask staff if you need a clean one.

Everything consumed or sold on site comes from a licensed, tested supply chain.

• All cannabis is supplied by licensed vendors and is lab-tested.
• Products arrive in sealed, labeled packaging with potency information available on request.
• No unlabeled, homemade, or outside product is permitted on the premises.
• Report any product concern to a host immediately — the product is pulled from the floor.

Hospitality is handled by staff from preparation to service, with allergens treated seriously.

• Food is prepared and served by staff wearing gloves, with sealed or single-serve packaging where possible.
• Allergen information is available on request. Tell staff about any allergy before service begins.
• Water and non-infused options are available at every station, at no cost.
• Infused items are clearly labeled and stored separately from standard service.

Knowing your limit is expected. Looking after yourself is encouraged, not judged.

• Hydrate throughout the evening — water is always free and always available.
• Low-dose and CBD-forward options are available for guests who want them.
• A quiet room, seating, and fresh air access are available at every event.
• If you feel unwell, tell any staff member. You will be cared for discreetly and without judgment.

A comfortable room depends on everyone respecting the people in it.

• Ask before photographing or filming anyone. Privacy is why many members joined.
• Consent is required, every time, from everyone involved. No is a complete answer.
• No solicitation, unlicensed sales, or promotion of outside products.
• Harassment of any kind results in immediate removal and membership review.

Concerns are handled quickly and privately. Speaking up is never a nuisance.

• Report anything to the nearest host or staff member — they are briefed on these standards.
• Anonymous reports can be made through the Client Support Line.
• Every report is reviewed by the event team, and repeat breaches are escalated.
• Vendors or members who breach these standards are removed from future events.
